Features

Secure and Reliable

Unlike most competing internet-enabled controllers that use the Wi-Fi network to communicate back to the router/modem, the SMRT Logic communicates to the controller through a proprietary 900 MHz radio signal. Communicating via radio signal, coupled with industry standard encryption, delivers a secure communication path and nearly three times the communication distance of a typical Wi-Fi router.

Simple

Simply plug the SMRT Logic into a router and let it connect on its own to the internet. No Wi-Fi passwords or network permissions needed. When the LED indicator turns solid green, the gateway is connected.

SMRT Scape™

Through the SMRT Scape mobile app or website, SMRT Logic is capable of managing your landscape irrigation, outdoor lighting, or other key landscape features. The SMRT Scape app is available for Apple® iPhone® and iPad®, and all Android™ devices (Android is a trademark of Google Inc.; Apple, iPhone, and iPad are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.).

Compatible

The SMRT Logic is backward-compatible with leading Toro® controllers, such as the EVOLUTION Series, TMC Series, and Custom Command; meaning a new controller is not needed to leverage the capability to manage the irrigation system remotely.

 

  • Unparalleled remote control of your clients’ irrigation, outdoor lighting, and other landscape features through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Fully compatible with the Toro EVOLUTION Series controller; TMC Series controllers; and Custom Command controllers; as well as, Irritrol® irrigation controllers and Unique Lighting Systems® installations.

  • Simple plug and play operation that allows the SMRT Logic to sync with the homeowner's router and connect to the internet without the need for network passwords.

  • Communicates to the homeowner's controllers (up to 10) and/or outdoor landscape features via a proprietary 900 MHz radio signal, as opposed to relying on the property's Wi-Fi network.

  • Flexibility to manage and make changes to irrigation schedules and program functions of the EVOLUTION Series controller through the SMRTscape mobile app available for iOS and Android devices.
